After 6 years' service in the Parachute Regiment, Paul embarked upon a career in recruitment in 2007. Having worked for a large recruitment business specialising in Health and Safety Recruitment, Paul was approach by a niche recruitment company in the Engineering sector where his career really took off. In 2013, Paul took the decision along with the other two Directors to venture out and create LER. Paul holds the Certificate in Recruitment Practice and a Diploma in Recruitment Practice.
